Visiting Yamato noodle school (the school I graduated from)



Today I visited Yamato noodle school, from which I graduated. The Udon made by their machine is just beyond perfect !!! You can say it is the art of Udon. I also tasted both Udon and Soba. It is still the best of what I ever eaten before. Especially the Soba, the noodle is so thin with strong Koshi. (firm). It was really a good experience there.
